About the Opportunity

TAT IT Technolgies is seeking an SAP PM (Plant Maintenance L2) Enterprise Asset Management Consultant for a contract position in Riyadh. This role is suitable for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management solutions.

Role Overview

The SAP PM L2 Consultant supports the implementation, configuration, and day-to-day operations of SAP Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. The primary focus is on maintaining system stability, supporting maintenance operations, and assisting in the continuous improvement of asset management processes integrated with SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.

PM / EAM Functional Support

• Support core SAP PM processes, including notification and work order management, preventive and breakdown maintenance, and refurbishment and shutdown maintenance.
• Maintain and support master data such as equipment, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, and Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Support the entire work order lifecycle, from creation to settlement.

Maintenance Planning and Execution

• Support preventive and predictive maintenance planning activities.
• Assist in configuring maintenance strategies and plans within the SAP system.
• Support calibration, inspection, and condition-based maintenance processes.
• Monitor maintenance backlog, compliance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Integration and Data Management

• Support integration with other SAP modules, including MM (spares, procurement), FI/CO (order settlement, cost tracking), Production (PP), and EHS.
• Ensure data consistency across all EAM processes.
• Support master data governance and data quality initiatives.

System Enhancements and Testing

• Support minor configuration changes and system enhancements.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Document functional specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with L3 consultants for the resolution of complex technical issues.

User Support and Adoption

• Provide L2 support to maintenance planners, engineers, and technicians.
• Support user training and knowledge transfer activities.
• Assist in rollout activities for new plants or assets.
• Support change management and adoption initiatives to ensure effective system utilization.
