About the Role

Cognizant is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to lead the design and delivery of complex SAP SuccessFactors solutions, specifically focusing on Compensation, Variable Pay, and Employee Central modules for global automotive finance operations.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions that align with finance and accounting business processes. You will define scalable enterprise architectures and integration strategies, and lead business process modeling and future-state workflow design. Your responsibilities will include conducting architecture reviews, design workshops, and stakeholder consultations to ensure solutions meet security, audit, governance, and automotive finance requirements. You will also guide implementation teams on best practices for configuration, integrations, extensions, and data migration, collaborating closely with finance, HR, technology, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with finance and accounting business processes.
• Define scalable enterprise architectures and integration strategies.
• Lead business process modeling and future-state workflow design.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, governance, and automotive finance requirements.
• Guide implementation teams on best practices for configuration, integrations, extensions, and data migration.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, technology, and compliance teams to deliver robust solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Solution Design.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay, Compensation, and Employee Central.
• Strong experience in Business Process Modeling.
• Solid understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
• Experience working within the Automotive industry domain.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Certifications

SAP SuccessFactors Solution Consultant Certification or an equivalent architect-level SuccessFactors accreditation is required.
