SD Field Support Engineer

About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking an SD Field Support Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing essential technical support for IT infrastructure and end-users, ensuring smooth operations and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, and video-conferencing equipment.
• Perform hardware installation, configuration, replacement, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and conduct basic network checks.
• Coordinate technical escalations with network, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
• Maintain accurate technical records and support operational procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess relevant experience in IT field support. The role requires a professional with a solid understanding of technical troubleshooting and support processes.

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar field support role.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot a range of IT hardware and software issues.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and video-conferencing systems.
• Familiarity with basic network diagnostics and connectivity troubleshooting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic IT support team, providing critical onsite assistance to ensure the stability and performance of IT systems.
