About the Role

Dallah Al Baraka Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to overseeing and managing comprehensive security activities and measures across various areas of the organization. The role focuses on ensuring robust security protocols are in place to minimize risks and enhance operational efficiency.

Role Overview

The Security Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Security department. This includes active participation in planning and policy development, alongside the day-to-day oversight of security operations. A key aspect of this role involves continuously monitoring and adapting existing policies and procedures to safeguard Dallah Al Baraka Group's assets and operations effectively.

Core Responsibilities

• Participate in the formulation and implementation of Security department plans, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
• Contribute to the development of Security department policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to all relevant requirements.
• Manage the daily operations of the Security department, facilitating work processes to achieve high performance standards.
• Prepare the Security unit budget and ensure that all activities are executed within the assigned financial parameters.
• Oversee patrols and investigations, ensuring they align with established plans for effective safeguarding of the organization.
• Allocate resources for the analysis of potential security liabilities and opportunities, providing sound business recommendations.
• Manage complex security measures and analysis to deliver optimal service to the business.

Leadership and Team Development

• Effectively manage the achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets and motivating staff to maximize performance.
• Conduct checks on work completed by team members, ensuring outputs meet acceptable standards and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a technical point of reference, providing expertise and appropriate technical direction to team members.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
