Senior Account Manager

About the Role

Merit Incentives is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing and expanding strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of technology-enabled loyalty and engagement solutions. The position combines strategic account management, commercial growth, and project management with a strong understanding of IT systems and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with strategic enterprise clients.
• Build account plans focused on client retention, revenue growth, and new business opportunities.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Merit’s loyalty, rewards, and engagement solutions.
• Lead client projects from requirement gathering and planning through testing, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Translate client requirements into clear business and functional specifications.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Technology, Operations, Partnerships, and Finance teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and action plans.
• Coordinate system integrations, APIs, testing, client sign-off, and launch readiness.
• Monitor service levels, project progress, and client satisfaction.
• Take ownership of client issues and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Lead regular client meetings and business reviews, maintaining accurate reports and forecasts.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and commercially minded professional who demonstrates end-to-end ownership. This individual should possess a strong understanding of both business and technology, anticipate risks, and consistently translate client requirements into successful project delivery and account growth.

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in account management or project delivery roles.
