Alogayell Consulting Engineers is seeking a skilled Senior Architect / Architectural Designer to join its team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open to professionals with established experience in architectural consultancy.

The Role

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong expertise in architectural design, planning, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and technical documentation. This position involves managing and contributing to architectural projects from initial concept through to detailed design and construction documentation stages within a professional consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage architectural designs from concept design through detailed design and construction documentation stages.
• Prepare high-quality architectural drawings, layouts, presentations, and design packages.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate architectural designs with other disciplines, including Structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
• Provide creative and practical design solutions while maintaining project requirements, quality, and functionality.
• Support project delivery through technical documentation, presentations, design reviews, and coordination meetings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience within an architectural consultancy office.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering residential and commercial projects.
• Good understanding of local and international building codes and design standards; Saudi Building Code knowledge is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within a consulting engineering firm. The role requires on-site presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
