About the Senior Technical Architect Position

The Senior Technical Architect will play a crucial role in the development and execution of architectural projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards. This position involves close collaboration with various disciplines and active participation throughout the design and documentation phases.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, design packages, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to integrate design solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, ensuring strict compliance with project requirements and local authority regulations.
• Support all aspects of authority submissions and facilitate approval processes.
• Assist in the detailed development of designs through to Tender Documentation stages.

Qualifications and Professional Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and comprehensive understanding of BIM workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Mandatory registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in AE7's office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a collaborative team environment on diverse and challenging architectural projects.
