About the Senior Architect Role

FNRCO is seeking a Senior Architect to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with a strong background in architectural design and project coordination within the Saudi Arabian context.

Role Overview

The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design efforts and ensuring compliance with local regulations and project-specific requirements. This role involves significant coordination with various authorities and stakeholders to deliver complex mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing architectural design for mixed-use commercial and residential projects.
• Ensuring adherence to the Saudi Building Code and all relevant local authority regulations.
• Managing coordination with regulatory bodies including the Royal Commission, Municipalities, and other authorities.
• Applying knowledge of specific local guidelines such as Wadi Hanifa regulations, Sports Boulevard requirements, and Urban Identity Guidelines.
• Utilizing advanced BIM capabilities for design and multidisciplinary coordination using Revit.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with engineering consultancy firms.
• Possession of a valid SCE Certificate is mandatory.
• Proven experience in coordinating with the Royal Commission, Municipalities, and other regulatory authorities.
• Proficiency in advanced BIM capabilities, including Revit and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Previous involvement in the planning and execution of mixed-use commercial and residential developments.

Technical Expertise

Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of the Saudi Building Code and local regulatory frameworks. Advanced proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, particularly Revit, is essential for effective multidisciplinary coordination and design development.
