Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Architect Landscape Building with strong capabilities in both landscape and building architecture. This position requires a proven background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Civil 3D. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary projects, integrating innovative design with technical accuracy, and delivering sustainable, functional spaces from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural and landscape design projects, ensuring a cohesive vision and execution.
• Utilize BIM tools to develop coordinated 3D models and integrated construction documentation.
• Apply Civil 3D for site planning, grading, and infrastructure modeling.
• Oversee the production of detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal teams throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and sustainability standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in architecture, with a strong focus on both landscape and building design.
• Demonstrated proficiency and a proven background in BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Expertise in using Civil 3D for relevant project tasks.
• Ability to lead projects and ensure technical accuracy in design and documentation.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a collaborative environment, engaging with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
