The Opportunity

A&O Shearman is recruiting a Senior Associate to join its Corporate M&A Practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate work and significant transactional experience within a leading global firm. Associates joining this team will gain experience in the market and contribute to complex, high-profile transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documentation.
  • Providing strategic guidance to clients on corporate M&A matters.
  • Managing client expectations and ensuring appropriate project delivery.
  • Assisting with business development, including personal plan development and campaign implementation.
  • Conducting legal research relevant to corporate transactions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified lawyer with 5-10 years of experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge in corporate M&A.
  • Demonstrated transactional experience.
  • Ability to operate at an associate level within a complex international organization.
