Senior Bilingual Training Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role

Ekfrazo Technologies is seeking a Senior Bilingual Training Consultant (Arabic Speaker) for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves conducting instructor-led training programs for various user groups, including end users, business users, administrators, and operational teams, across enterprise applications and digital platforms. The consultant will be responsible for delivering training sessions independently in Arabic while coordinating effectively with English-speaking project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training sessions in both Arabic and English.
• Facilitate hands-on exercises and product demonstrations, providing functional guidance and answering user questions.
• Support participant learning through practical use cases and walkthroughs.
• Review and customize training materials as needed, including translating and explaining technical and business concepts in Arabic.
• Prepare user guides, FAQs, quick reference documents, and training manuals, ensuring clear and engaging content delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders to plan and schedule training activities.
• Gather participant feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain attendance and participation records, prepare training completion reports, and provide feedback on user readiness and adoption levels.

Deliverables

The consultant will be responsible for the following deliverables:

• Training delivery in Arabic and English.
• Training material walkthrough and explanation.
• Q&A and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Attendance tracking.
• Training completion reporting.
• Participant feedback collection.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as an Arabic-speaking trainer.
• Strong English communication skills are essential for stakeholder coordination.
• Experience range: 5-10 years in a relevant training role.

Work Type and Compensation

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Compensation will be provided on a per day, per trainer, or per training session basis.
