Role Overview

The Senior BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. This includes ensuring the accuracy and coordination of design and construction documents, developing and enforcing BIM standards, and providing essential technical guidance to project teams to achieve coordinated and clash-free outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support architectural design activities, including basic architectural and interior design coordination.
• Produce and review CAD drawings, BIM models, and renderings in line with project requirements.
• Establish and maintain architectural design guidelines and BIM standards.
• Review architectural and construction documents for accuracy, compliance, and coordination.
• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM procedures and workflows across the project.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines to ensure clash-free and coordinated outputs.
• Support project teams with BIM-related technical guidance and best practices.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Senior BIM Manager position must possess over 10 years of professional experience in BIM management, architectural design, or a closely related field. This experience should demonstrate a strong capability in managing BIM processes and coordinating complex project deliverables.
