About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Saudi National Senior Civil Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves providing specialized assistance and project controls expertise, particularly for housing and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for resolving complex project control issues, with a focus on housing and real estate projects.
• Interface with clients, attend regular meetings, and prepare statistical reports.
• Equip project and company management with necessary tools for project cost control.
• Develop the work breakdown structure, coordinating with all affected departments.
• Analyze, evaluate, forecast, and report on schedule status against established baselines.
• Analyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs and performance.
• Coordinate staffing requirements, assign and supervise project work activities, and train personnel.
• Complete performance reviews and provide personnel development for assigned employees.
• Accumulate and access historical data, such as performance experience, to maintain a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting.
• Develop or maintain established systems to show the hierarchy of plans and schedules, keeping project and company management fully informed.
• Customize project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of total related work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically on housing-related projects.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in various Project Controls software and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
