About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Senior Consultant, Delivery & Support to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading end-to-end delivery and application support, ensuring stable operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the technical landscape. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Role Summary

The Senior Consultant, Delivery & Support will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of application delivery and support. This includes managing incidents, implementing changes, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. The position focuses on maintaining operational stability and driving improvements within the application environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery and support for applications, managing incidents, changes, and SLAs.
• Coordinate cross-module teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive root-cause analysis, problem management, and process improvements.
• Manage stakeholders, releases, and service quality.

Experience Required

• Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in delivery and application support roles.
