Senior Design Manager

About the Role

SSH Design is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading multidisciplinary design delivery for large-scale and complex building projects. The role ensures design quality, technical excellence, coordination, and successful project delivery from concept through detailed design phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams across Architecture, Structures, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
• Manage design delivery, coordination, programme, quality, and key project milestones.
• Act as a senior interface with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Lead design reviews and resolve complex technical and coordination issues.
• Manage third-party consultants and ensure effective integration of their designs.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and authority regulations.
• Drive BIM coordination, constructability, and design quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and provide leadership to Design Managers and wider project teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in design management for large-scale building projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams effectively.
• Proven track record in managing design delivery, quality, and project milestones.
