The Senior Developer Role

Assystem is seeking a Senior Developer to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading application development, customizations, and platform extensions in alignment with approved requirements and architectural standards. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead approved application development, customizations, and platform extensions according to specified requirements and architecture.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce secure coding practices, and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Develop and execute automated testing and unit testing, and support performance, regression, and security testing activities.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex defects and Level 3 (L3) production incidents.
• Prepare release packages and support deployment, rollback, and hypercare activities.
• Maintain source code repositories, version control, and change management records.
• Provide evidence of testing, code quality, deployment validation, and production defect resolution.
• Conduct production issue analysis, root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Document maintainable solutions, technical designs, configurations, and support procedures.
• Support continuous improvement of application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in development roles.
• Demonstrated experience with relevant tools and technologies.
