About the Role

* Renal Care Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead the Operations Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing strategic direction, governance, and comprehensive oversight of operational performance across all assigned regions and clinics. The Senior Director will ensure the achievement of financial, clinical, regulatory, quality, workforce, and growth objectives in alignment with the Company's strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the Operations Department, ensuring Regional Operations Directors and clinic leadership meet financial, clinical, regulatory, quality, workforce, and growth objectives.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and performance oversight to Regional Operations Directors and the Operations leadership team, establishing operational priorities, KPIs, and standards.
  • Manage overall accountability for Operations financial performance, including budget, labor, supplies, expenditures, productivity, and capital requirements.
  • Coordinate with the IT Director and Finance Director on systems supporting clinic operations and patient care, and support the insurance cycle.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services and Biomedical Engineering on clinical safety and medical equipment matters.
  • Lead and approve business cases, site selection, and capital allocation for new center development, expansions, and relocations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi laws and regulations, statutory and regulatory certifications, and governance requirements across all assigned regions and clinics.
  • Provide executive oversight of significant incidents, operational risks, and recurring trends, and oversee Corrective Action Plans.
  • Lead crisis management and business continuity planning for the Operations function.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Services and Medical Leadership to ensure compliance with clinical standards and achievement of patient outcome goals.
  • Provide strategic oversight of physician, Medical Director, referral source, hospital, and community relationships.
  • Lead workforce planning, performance management, and professional development for Operations leadership.
  • Establish staffing structure standards, productivity benchmarks, and workforce qualification requirements.
  • Approve major contractual agreements and strategic partnership arrangements with material financial or operational impact.
  • Partner with the Regional Vice President, International for JV meetings, strategic planning, and operational reviews.
  • Promote the Company’s mission, vision, values, and philosophy, ensuring staff compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct large-scale operational departments.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, governance, and performance oversight.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and financial forecasting.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance within a healthcare setting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring leadership across multiple regions and clinics. The role involves collaboration with various departments and external partners to achieve organizational objectives.
