About the Role

Kafu (Salla) is seeking a Senior E-commerce Growth & Performance Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role focuses on driving online store growth, digital performance, and e-commerce execution. The specialist will be crucial in understanding how digital marketing strategies directly impact store performance, from initial traffic and campaign engagement to conversion rates and overall sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth-focused digital strategies for online stores.
• Monitor store and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improving traffic, conversion, and sales.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into practical actions and recommendations.
• Plan and support digital campaigns across key channels, including paid media, promotions, and seasonal pushes.
• Collaborate with merchants to enhance store readiness, campaign quality, and commercial performance.
• Identify gaps in product visibility, offer positioning, or customer journey that may hinder store growth.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or online store growth.
• Direct experience working with online store platforms such as Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
• Strong understanding of digital performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and sales growth.
• Ability to manage or support performance campaigns with a clear commercial mindset.
• Comfortable interpreting data, identifying issues, and proposing actionable solutions.
• Demonstrated ownership, clear communication skills, and a genuine interest in e-commerce growth.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Experience with Salla or similar GCC e-commerce ecosystems.
• Experience supporting store promotions, seasonal campaigns, or product launches.
• Ability to work across multiple store types or brands.

Role Context and Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The Senior E-commerce Growth & Performance Specialist will be hired to support Salla merchants through Kafu Salla. Candidate matching for this role may be based on current or future merchant needs, ensuring alignment with specific business requirements.
