Senior Electrical Technical Engineer

About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a Senior Electrical Technical Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing essential technical expertise and support for electrical systems within construction projects. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, focusing on design review, technical coordination, and site support.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate electrical design, shop drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Provide technical support to construction teams and resolve site and design-related issues.
• Review electrical materials, equipment, and subcontractor technical submissions for compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure design adherence.
• Monitor installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Review Requests for Information (RFIs), method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and other technical documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover activities for electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, authority regulations, and international standards.
• Coordinate technical interfaces between electrical, MEP, architectural, and structural teams.
• Support the Project/Engineering Manager with technical reporting and progress tracking.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, particularly within a technical or project support capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in reviewing electrical designs, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing technical solutions for construction projects.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The Senior Electrical Technical Engineer will work within a dynamic project environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of electrical works.
