Senior Enterprise Technology Architect

About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Senior Enterprise Technology Architect to join its Global Architecture Excellence team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves helping clients reimagine their business and IT by integrating AI-native, cloud-native, and traditional technologies with industry and entrepreneurial expertise. The position focuses on solving complex enterprise technology problems and transforming established industries.

Role Context and Focus

The Enterprise Technology Architecture group operates across all stages of the innovation spectrum, assisting clients in defining and executing technology visions and transformations. The team is hands-on, highly technical, and works end-to-end across various technologies, including new and cloud-native solutions. Candidates should have an interest in business-technology alignment, enterprise technology blueprints and roadmaps, and C-Level discussions. Experience in Software Engineering, Agentic AI, DevSecOps, Cloud platforms, Integration platforms, and enterprise applications such as Salesforce and SAP is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the sales and delivery of work, including:

  • Defining Enterprise Technology Architecture North-Star Vision, Blueprints & Roadmaps
  • Conducting Enterprise Technology Architecture Assessments
  • Defining and governing Enterprise Technology Investment Portfolios
  • Performing Application Portfolio Rationalization

• Support new and existing engagements by:

  • Architecting complex IT solutions based on emerging technologies
  • Estimating Technology Architecture solution complexity and cost
  • Ideating, designing, and supervising the implementation of Technology solutions
  • Performing Architecture Assessments and Technology Quality Assurance reviews

• Contribute to Accenture's ecosystem growth by:

  • Developing strong relationships with clients, becoming trusted advisors at the C-level
  • Developing strong relationships with technology vendors to influence emerging product strategies
  • Sensing the market for disruptive technologies and potential future investment areas

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology and/or enterprise architecture work. Overall experience required is 5-10 years.
• Good working knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent cloud service providers.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, Software Development Lifecycle processes and technologies, including DevSecOps and Agile development principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated abilities to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
• Proven experience in engineering and modernizing IT systems using Agentic AI.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in dynamic environments.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and is a full-time position. Travel may be required, with the amount varying from 25% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
