About the Role
Bank Albilad is seeking a Senior Expert ERP Application Developer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing support for Oracle Applications across various business lines, including HRMS, Financial, Procurement, and Logistics areas. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define all Application teams, including HRMS, FIN, PO, INV, and OM.
- Establish relationships between Oracle application teams.
- Classify and assign problems to the appropriate teams.
- Monitor high-level application plans and approve detailed plans, including setting timeframes, resource availability, and risk factors.
- Manage vendors for all Oracle applications projects and monitor technical deliverables.
- Report project status to senior management.
- Coordinate with other area team leaders for any necessary integrations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge of full life cycle implementations of the EBS suite, preferably in HCM.
- Expert knowledge and experience with different EBS suite applications and modules.
- Expert knowledge of Oracle EBS suite interfaces and integration within EBS suites and with external applications (GL, AP, AR, FA, and SCM).
- Experience in Oracle HCM or Hyperion is a plus.
Required Skills
- Ability to run multiple full-cycle implementations across all Oracle tracks.
- Proficiency in using Application Implementation Methodology (AIM).
- Good knowledge in implementing functional and technical issues.
- Strong technical knowledge to work with application database schemas, using PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Form Builder, Oracle Report Builder, and Application Framework Personalization.
- Capable of running Oracle in-house implementations.
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures.

Internal and External Relationships
