Senior Information Technology Support Engineer

About the Role

Noon is seeking a Senior Information Technology Support Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring smooth IT operations, maintaining infrastructure performance, resolving technical issues, and supporting IT projects across the business. The successful candidate will also guide IT technicians, improve support processes, and contribute to business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support to ensure all equipment, systems, and infrastructure operate efficiently while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead and support IT infrastructure projects across the site, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Oversee daily IT support activities, guide IT technicians, manage workloads, and escalate critical issues as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Review, coordinate, and execute change management requests in line with business requirements.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular IT infrastructure audits to ensure compliance with company IT policies and Health & Safety standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned IT projects, ensuring timely execution, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide technical guidance and support for new IT initiatives, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and handle ad-hoc technical requests across the business.
