Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Linux, OpenShift, and middleware platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure and application health to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues to prevent future occurrences.
• Support application deployment activities and production releases.
• Coordinate effectively with Development, Network, Security, Database, and Infrastructure teams.
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, certificate renewals, and security compliance activities.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call support rotations and major incident management activities.
• Drive automation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of supported platforms.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and demonstrate a strong foundation in Linux system administration and application support. Specific qualifications include:

• Strong Linux system administration experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise middleware and API platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Environment and Expectations

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in on-call support and major incident management, contributing to the continuous availability and performance of critical systems.
