Senior Manager Artificial Intelligence (AI)

About the Role

Ethra For Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager, Artificial Intelligence (AI) to lead the development and implementation of AI strategies. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on leveraging AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, optimize costs, and drive business growth. The role also ensures compliance with technology standards, data governance, cybersecurity, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, digital transformation priorities, and the long-term technology strategy.
• Lead the design, development, deployment, and integration of AI and machine learning solutions, identifying use cases across various functions such as manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, finance, and HR to automate processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
• Oversee data analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning initiatives to generate actionable insights, improve forecasting, and support data-driven decisions.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and controls to ensure responsible AI adoption, data privacy, security, transparency, and compliance with Saudi regulations and company policies.
• Ensure effective integration of AI solutions with SAP, enterprise systems, data platforms, business applications, and operational technologies.
• Manage AI project priorities, budgets, timelines, KPIs, expected business benefits, delivery, and return on investment.
• Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and service providers, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with technical, commercial, security, and business requirements.
• Lead and develop the AI team, establish performance objectives, and promote AI awareness and technical capabilities across the organization.
• Monitor AI solution performance, adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, and financial impact through KPIs, and assess emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 8-12 years of relevant experience.
