Senior Manager Asset Management

About the Role

Cenomi Centers is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Asset Management to enhance the performance, profitability, and long-term value of its retail portfolio. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity to influence the strategy of significant retail assets, including both owned and third-party properties.

Role Context

The Senior Manager will work closely with senior leadership, leasing, development, investment, and operations teams. The role involves driving financial results and identifying opportunities for asset value improvement across assigned assets within the company's retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage P&L performance and drive financial results for assigned assets.
• Identify opportunities to enhance asset value, profitability, and tenant mix.
• Lead asset performance reviews and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Shape retail asset strategy through market analysis and investment opportunity evaluation.
• Support development and transformation projects from business case development to delivery.
• Evaluate potential acquisitions and support post-acquisition integration processes.
• Provide strategic recommendations for underperforming assets and potential disposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and major regional retailers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant Asset Management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing large-scale retail assets with annual revenue.
• Strong retail experience across malls and lifestyle destinations.
• Proven experience in asset transformation and development projects.
• Strong knowledge of the GCC real estate market.
• Experience in property management and/or leasing.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Experience with asset valuation and RICS Fair Value.
• MRICS or Assoc RICS qualification is a plus.
