Role Overview

The Senior Manager Business Solutions will drive business development initiatives, manage project execution, and ensure that AI offerings are effectively commercialized. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI models and analytics solutions.
• Ensure the viability and scalability of AI solutions across various clients and sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities that align with the company's Data & AI capabilities.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with product teams to transform successful client solutions into scalable products.
• Provide technical oversight and support to ensure the robustness of products.
• Guide the development of open data collection frameworks and robust data pipelines.
• Promote best practices in data structuring and analytics enablement.
• Oversee the delivery of multiple Data & AI projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and business value.
• Mitigate risks and resolve roadblocks encountered during project execution.
• Own the revenue, cost, and profitability targets for the unit.
• Track performance against established sales targets and delivery metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in the design, development, and implementation of advanced Data Analytics and AI solutions.
