The Role: Senior Manager, Cyber Strategy & Transformation

Deloitte Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Manager, Cyber Strategy & Transformation, Talent & Culture Transformation to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires over 10 years of experience and involves demonstrating and developing capabilities across various aspects of cybersecurity strategy, transformation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
  • Develop target operating models and governance frameworks for cybersecurity processes, controls, organization, and infrastructure.
  • Lead projects to design and verify the implementation of information security controls.
  • Govern security design and architecture during project delivery, enforcing established standards.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, staffing, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee cyber training engagements and awareness initiatives to improve cyber culture.
  • Conduct analysis of security requirements and controls, identify gaps, and provide recommendations based on industry best practices.
  • Cultivate client relationships and share knowledge using prevalent methodologies.
  • Own and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, utilization, margin management, and commercial performance.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of capability building programs for clients.
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead proposal development, pursuits, and business development activities to grow the cyber strategy portfolio.
  • Identify potential opportunities and open new markets.
  • Identify and evaluate business and technology risks, internal controls, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in selecting and tailoring approaches, methods, and tools for service offerings.
  • Actively participate in decision-making with engagement management, understanding broader impacts.
  • Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo.
  • Facilitate the use of technology-based tools for product and service review, design, and implementation.
  • Play a substantive role in engagement planning, economics, and billing.
  • Support clients in understanding and addressing applicable cyber training and awareness requirements as per cyber laws, regulations, and compliance across KSA and the GCC.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Over 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity consulting.
  • Proven track record in business development, proposal writing, client account growth, and pipeline development.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and activities.

  • Passion for building people’s capabilities in cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading project teams, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering high-quality outcomes in complex environments.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with clients from the Defense or Education Industry.
  • Prior experience working with GCC-based clients.
  • Prior experience supporting or delivering engagements for public sector clients.
