Role Overview

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager - Financial Analysis & Modeling to lead the development, maintenance, and governance of financial models for a portfolio of strategic development projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and involves creating robust financial models, driving investment analysis, and supporting business planning. The role requires a highly analytical professional with deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility assessment to provide insights for senior leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, project finance, and scenario analysis models.
• Lead project feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Analyze project and portfolio performance, including IRR, NPV, ROE, cash flow, and profitability metrics.
• Prepare business plans, forecasts, and financial recommendations for management and investment committees.
• Conduct sensitivity and what-if analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Challenge commercial and financial assumptions across development projects.
• Prepare executive reports, investment memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling, reporting, and analytical processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in scenario planning and portfolio performance analysis.
• Ability to create robust financial models and conduct comprehensive feasibility assessments.
