Job Description

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Enterprise Skills Academy & Learning Partner to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to strengthening organizational capabilities across Qiddiya by focusing on strategic skills development and learning solutions. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Manager will strengthen capabilities across Qiddiya through three primary areas of focus. This includes serving as the dedicated learning partner to Qiddiya Technology (QTech), shaping and delivering skills development across technical, digital, data, AI, and professional capabilities for high-performing technology teams. The role also involves driving digital skills development across the wider organization to foster technology-enabled ways of working and practical digital tool usage. Furthermore, the Senior Manager will partner with selected business units and corporate functions to support broader capability building aligned with clear business needs and performance outcomes, integrating solutions into the wider enterprise learning approach.

This position requires a future-focused individual who is adept at operating at the intersection of technology, capability building, and business performance, translating complex needs into practical, high-impact learning solutions.

Strategic Learning Partnership

  • Act as the primary learning partner to QTech, understanding their priorities, delivery pressures, and capability gaps.
  • Advise on and deliver solutions for improving technology, digital, data, AI, and professional skills to enhance delivery and performance for technology teams.
  • Serve as a central point of coherence for QTech learning initiatives, aiming to reduce duplication and improve visibility and prioritization.
  • Lead the development of digital skills across the wider organization, enabling teams to work effectively in a technology-enabled environment.
  • Partner with other business units and corporate functions to build capabilities that improve business outcomes where a clear need exists.

Skills Development and Academy Activation

  • Identify priority roles, teams, and workflows where capability uplift, including AI, will materially improve performance.
  • Translate business priorities into targeted, contextualized learning pathways, moving beyond generic models.
  • Ensure the Enterprise Skills Academy supports both deep specialist capabilities and the professional and delivery skills required for technology teams and digitally enabled functions.
  • Implement a clear learning structure utilizing the AI-native LXP and other delivery mechanisms like face-to-face sessions, integrating programs, pathways, partners, and performance support.
  • Coordinate internal and external delivery partners, ensuring solutions are contextualized for Qiddiya environments and integrated into the LXP/LMS ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Data, AI, and Digital teams to embed responsible AI practices, safe use standards, and contextual AI coaching into the learning approach.

Governance and Continuous Improvement

  • Work with Data, AI, and IT governance functions to ensure learning initiatives align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Define and track success measures focused on behavior change, improved delivery outcomes, and confidence in role, rather than solely attendance or completion.
  • Continuously refine learning pathways, academy offerings, and engagement models based on performance insights and business feedback.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in capability building, learning and development, or a related field, with a strong understanding of technology and business performance.
