About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager, Leadership Development to manage the full lifecycle of leadership curriculum, from identifying needs to designing and delivering programs. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires direct involvement in facilitation and coaching, rather than solely overseeing these functions. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for training needs analysis within the leadership pillar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve the leadership development framework and curriculum for all levels, from frontline supervisors to senior leaders.
  • Translate business priorities and future skill requirements into program designs, collaborating with the Director.
  • Develop and implement interventions using proven methodologies for behavioral change, including digital, blended, and experiential formats.
  • Monitor industry trends, technology, and emerging leadership practices to maintain a current and competitive curriculum.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) for the leadership pillar, identifying capability gaps and future requirements directly with business leaders.
  • Prioritize capability gaps for intervention based on business impact and urgency.
  • Deliver leadership training sessions personally across various levels.
  • Provide direct coaching to business leaders as part of the department's coaching culture.
  • Structure and scale the internal coaching culture, including defining coach selection criteria and coaching standards.
  • Select and manage external facilitators, content providers, and assessment tools when specialized delivery is necessary.
  • Build leadership development capability within HR Business Partners and Line Managers to scale expertise.
  • Design train-the-trainer approaches to enable co-delivery of select content by capable Line Managers.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant advanced HR certification (CIPD, ATD, SHRM) is preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in leadership, management, or executive development, including designing and personally delivering enterprise-wide interventions in large, complex organizations.
  • Prior experience owning training needs analysis or capability gap assessments is strongly preferred.
