About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Leadership Development to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is responsible for the entire leadership curriculum, from identifying needs to designing and personally delivering programs. The position requires direct facilitation of sessions and coaching of business leaders, alongside owning training needs analysis for the leadership pillar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve the leadership development framework and curriculum for all organizational levels, from frontline supervisors to senior leaders.
  • Translate business priorities and future skills requirements into concrete program design decisions, in collaboration with the Director.
  • Implement interventions using proven methodologies for behavioral change, including digital, blended, and experiential formats.
  • Monitor industry shifts, technology, and emerging leadership practices to ensure the curriculum remains current and competitive.
  • Own the training needs analysis (TNA) for the leadership pillar, identifying leadership gaps and future capability requirements directly with business leaders.
  • Prioritize capability gaps for addressing based on business impact and urgency, integrating TNA findings into the leadership framework and curriculum roadmap.
  • Personally deliver leadership training sessions across all levels, maintaining a hands-on approach to delivery.
  • Personally coach business leaders as part of the department's coaching culture, and structure and scale the internal coaching culture, including defining coach selection criteria and coaching standards.
  • Select and manage external facilitators, content providers, and assessment tools when specialist delivery is required.
  • Build leadership development capability within HR Business Partners and Line Managers to scale expertise beyond the central team.
  • Design train-the-trainer approaches to enable co-delivery of select content by capable Line Managers.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 8-10+ years of experience in leadership, management, or executive development.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and personally delivering enterprise-wide interventions in large, complex organizations.
  • Prior experience owning training needs analysis or capability gap assessments is strongly preferred.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis. Depending on the department's operating model, it may also include direct line management of a small team.
