Role Overview

Mace is seeking a Senior Manager Planning for a part-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves working on a large luxury mixed-use development, where Mace provides project management consultancy services. The Senior Manager Planning will lead planning activities for assigned projects or packages, collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure coordinated and on-track delivery from design through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integrated programs encompassing design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Review and challenge contractor schedules to ensure realistic sequencing and achievable milestones.
• Monitor progress, critical paths, and delivery risks, assisting teams in developing practical recovery plans.
• Coordinate package interfaces, specialist fit-out, and long-lead procurement.
• Provide clear progress reports and recommendations to clients and project leadership.
• Lead and develop the planning team, promoting collaboration, safety, and sustainable delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead planning for complex projects.
• Experience working with clients, consultants, and contractors in a project management consultancy setting.
