Role Overview

Jasara PMC is seeking a Senior Manager - Project Controls (Planning, Risk & Business Reporting) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading integrated planning, schedule management, risk management, governance reporting, and executive business performance reporting for assigned programs. The Senior Manager will provide leadership with clear visibility into delivery status, key risks, strategic issues, schedule impacts, and overall program health.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning and scheduling functions across programs.
• Establish, maintain, and govern project and program baselines, including scope, schedule, assumptions, and key milestones.
• Lead business performance reporting and executive dashboards.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of integrated master schedules.
• Perform schedule analysis, critical path assessments, and recovery planning.
• Lead enterprise risk management activities, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting of project risks.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and quantitative risk assessments.
• Consolidate reporting outputs from planning, interfaces, information management, quality, and delivery functions into integrated management reports.
• Present delivery performance, confidence levels, risks, and strategic issues to senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Drive the implementation of reporting systems, KPI frameworks, and performance measurement methodologies.
• Lead the integration of functional data sources into a consolidated reporting architecture.
• Support executive decision-making through data-driven performance analysis.
• Coordinate governance submissions and project control reviews.
• Lead the development of recovery strategies and action plans for schedule or performance concerns.

Qualifications and Experience
