Senior Marketing Specialist

About the Role

SBR is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on strengthening and differentiating the company's brand, as well as planning and executing marketing activities to support business objectives. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
• Manage paid promotional campaigns and monitor their performance metrics.
• Oversee and manage the company’s social media accounts.
• Create marketing content that aligns with the company’s brand and resonates with its target audience.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and campaign performance.
• Propose and implement field marketing ideas and campaigns.
• Track marketing results and recommend strategic improvements.
• Support initiatives aimed at building and distinguishing the company’s brand in the market.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing marketing plans and managing promotional campaigns.
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating content.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and track campaign results effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the tourism, travel, or hospitality sectors.
• Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with campaign analytics and social media management tools.
• Experience in field marketing or event coordination.
