Role Summary: Senior Medical Representative

AstraZeneca is seeking a Senior Medical Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves influencing customers' prescribing behavior to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will develop territory strategies and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales volume and market share for designated products. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all required training, including product examinations.
• Engage primary care healthcare professionals in discussions regarding approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals within the assigned territory.
• Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information pertinent to the assigned sales territory.
• Comply with all regulations concerning interactions with healthcare professionals and the distribution of samples.
• Ensure excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to the assigned disease area and product.
• Consult with and provide clinical and technical information to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory, in compliance with AstraZeneca policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to positively influence customer prescribing behavior.
• Proven capability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understanding of sales targets and market share maximization.
