About the Role

Clouding AI is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion ERP Architect to contribute to a significant ERP transformation program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role requires deep technical expertise across ERP, HCM, and SCM to ensure design excellence at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Fusion solutions across ERP, HCM, and/or SCM modules.
• Manage solution blueprinting, from current-state assessment through future-state design.
• Drive end-to-end ERP transformation activities, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration oversight, testing, and go-live support.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice Oracle Fusion architecture.
• Advise on integration points between ERP, HCM, and SCM modules and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight across at least one core module, with working knowledge of the other two.
• Support change management and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and design issues early, and propose mitigation approaches.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience, with solid prior experience on Oracle ERP transformation programs.
• Primary specialization in one Oracle Fusion track (ERP, HCM, or SCM), with a solid understanding of the other two.

Location and Work Type

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently or relocate to KSA, or currently reside there.
