About the Tamheer Trainee Program

Sejel Technology is offering a Tamheer Trainee Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This program is designed for fresh Saudi graduates seeking to launch their careers in Oracle ERP Fusion consulting. Trainees will gain hands-on experience by working alongside experienced consultants on live implementation and support projects from the outset.

Program Specialization Tracks

The Tamheer program provides specialization across several key Oracle Fusion ERP tracks, allowing trainees to focus on specific functional or technical areas:

• Financials: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Expenses.
• Human Capital Management (HCM): Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting (ORC).
• Supply Chain Management (SCM): Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Self-Service Procurement.
• Technical: BI Publisher / OTBI, FBDI & HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, Page Composer, Fast Formulas, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Trainee Responsibilities

As a Tamheer Trainee, responsibilities will include:

• Participating in requirement-gathering workshops and assisting with documentation, such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Fit-Gap analyses.
• Supporting system configuration tasks and preparing test environments.
• Executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, documenting results, and tracking defect resolution.
• Preparing data migration templates (FBDI/HDL) and operational reports.
• Developing user manuals and providing support for end-user training and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborating with senior consultants to develop functional and technical expertise within the assigned specialization track.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this program:

• Saudi national who meets the eligibility requirements for the Tamheer program (recent graduate, not currently registered with GOSI).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• No prior full-time work experience.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, coupled with solid communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills and Experience

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are considered advantageous:

• Official Oracle certification, such as an Oracle Fusion Cloud Certified Foundations Associate.
• Hands-on exposure to an Oracle Fusion demo or test instance through academic coursework or a graduation project.
• Prior internship or co-op training experience in a related functional area (*, finance, HR, procurement, or IT).
