About the Role

Ninja is seeking a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to join its Consumer Experience team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on designing intuitive, scalable, and high-quality experiences across multiple consumer products and verticals.

Role Purpose and Collaboration

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to address complex user problems and develop seamless customer journeys. This position requires strong UI design skills, UX thinking, product sense, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences from discovery to final implementation.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Solve complex UX challenges across delivery, e-commerce, and marketplace experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to and maintain the Ninja Design System.
• Design scalable solutions that work across multiple verticals and future products.
• Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints.
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate product behavior and user journeys.
• Work on checkout flows, location management, rewards systems, offers, promotions, tracking experiences, and other core consumer journeys.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI/UX Design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating real product work.
• Expert knowledge of Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Experience designing mobile-first products.
• Ability to handle complex user flows and edge cases.
• Experience working closely with development teams.
• Experience creating Design Systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience

• Experience in delivery, marketplace, fintech, or e-commerce products.
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Proficiency with ProtoPie, Principle, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Experience designing Live Activities, Dynamic Island experiences, or advanced mobile interactions.
