The Senior UX/UI Designer Role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a high-impact, interdisciplinary digital project. This full-time, onsite position is based at a major Arabic-market client’s office in Riyadh, where you will operate as a fully embedded member of their team. The role involves close collaboration with UX Researchers, Developers, Product teams, and Arabic client stakeholders. As the key design representative, you will be responsible for delivering intuitive and visually compelling designs that align with both user needs and business objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines.
• Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve designs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Basic knowledge of responsive design and web/mobile standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite position based at the client's office in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be fully embedded within the client's interdisciplinary team, working closely with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
