The UI/UX Designer Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a UI/UX Designer for a full-time position. This role focuses on designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The designer will apply user-centered design principles and strong visual design capabilities to create seamless user journeys, impactful interfaces, and compelling brand identities. This position requires close collaboration with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations.
• Develop user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs that align with business and branding standards.
• Design logos, icons, branding assets, and digital marketing materials.
• Build and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Improve user experience through usability testing and continuous design iteration.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly designs across multiple platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, branding, and logo design.

Required Skills and Tools

• Professional experience using industry-standard design tools.
• Adobe professional certifications are preferred.
