TAWANTECH is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on designing user-centric digital products, with a preference for candidates experienced within the banking or financial services sector. The role requires balancing user experience, visual design, and business requirements to deliver polished digital solutions.

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will contribute to shaping digital experiences across various financial products. This position is suited for a designer capable of integrating user needs, business objectives, and product quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create thoughtful and refined user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Ensure design consistency with established brand guidelines and design systems.
• Improve user journeys with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Design banking and financial products while adhering to relevant security and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of direct UI/UX design experience.
• Proven experience in designing banking or fintech products.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Practical experience working with design systems.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• A degree in UI/UX, graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency with core UI/UX design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, FigJam, or InVision.
• Experience collaborating effectively with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Experience presenting design decisions to leadership.
