About the Role

Rewaa is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join a cross-functional squad within a hyper-growth SaaS startup. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to design user-centered solutions that support product growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and frame key problems, aligning design challenges with product and business strategies to focus on high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather diverse perspectives and align on problem statements.
• Work on design challenges, balancing technical, business, and user needs while ensuring scalability and user-friendliness.
• Balance creative exploration with strategic focus to ensure design solutions meet user needs and business objectives.
• Evaluate solutions systematically with cross-functional teams based on feasibility, impact, and goal alignment.
• Contribute to the design of scalable and flexible solutions that can evolve with the product.
• Utilize and contribute to reusable, modular design systems to simplify future development and iterations.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system within the squad, collaborating with other squads for consistency and scalability.
• Provide feedback on interaction designs and identify areas for improvement.
• Use prototypes to communicate ideas effectively and validate them with users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure smooth design implementation, considering technical constraints and refining interactions during the build phase.
• Follow and contribute to processes that streamline product delivery, ensuring the shipment of high-quality features.
• Manage handoff processes between design and engineering to ensure smooth product development.
• Use data and feedback to drive iterative improvements, linking design decisions to business and user metrics.
• Propose improvements in Information Architecture (IA) across Figma to ensure efficient workflows and optimal user experiences.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ownership mindset, taking responsibility for problems and driving them to completion. Effective collaboration with peers is expected to scale design within Rewaa.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in product design or a related field.
