About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Senior Project Management Engineer - SAP S/4HANA to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively according to approved objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, objectives, schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Define project activities, dependencies, responsibilities, and completion criteria, ensuring clear communication and agreement before execution.
• Coordinate project activities across internal departments, business units, and external service providers.
• Monitor the execution of project plans and ensure activities are completed according to approved schedules.
• Facilitate project meetings and follow up on agreed actions, decisions, and outstanding requirements.
• Support the resolution of execution issues and coordination gaps affecting project delivery.
• Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage progress monitoring and risk management activities.
• Oversee testing, implementation, and handover phases of projects.
• Handle project documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
