We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Digital Transformation, to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in leading large-scale digital transformation programs.

The Opportunity

This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing high-value digital transformation programs across government and enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a consulting background, preferably from a Big 4 firm or equivalent, and extensive experience in complex, multi-vendor environments. You will be responsible for driving initiatives from inception to successful delivery, ensuring the highest standards of governance, quality, and client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within defined scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Establish and maintain program governance, executive reporting frameworks, risk registers, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, steering committees, and C-level executives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, enterprise clients, strategic partners, and internal leadership teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including UX, CX, Product Management, Technology, Data, AI, PMO, and external vendors.
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans, while proactively resolving delivery challenges.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, quality assurance, and delivery methodologies.
• Facilitate executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and decision-making meetings.
• Mentor project managers and delivery teams.
• Continuously improve PMO practices, delivery frameworks, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Consulting background from a Big 4 firm or equivalent.
• Extensive experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver strategic initiatives from inception to completion.
• Preferred experience in one or more of the following sectors: Government & Public Sector, Digital Transformation, Smart Cities, Financial Services, Aviation, Healthcare, Tourism & Entertainment, AI & Emerging Technologies, Customer Experience (CX), or User Experience (UX).
