About the Role

Mace is seeking a Senior Project Manager Facades to lead and coordinate façade package delivery for a major stadium program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position involves managing façade packages through construction and delivery stages, combining package management with hands-on construction oversight. The role is delivery-focused and requires a significant site presence.

Project Context

This role is part of one of the largest programs in Saudi Arabia, a mixed-use development that includes sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and associated infrastructure. The Senior Project Manager will ensure design information, interfaces, and site delivery are effectively coordinated for the façade packages within this large-scale project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage façade packages throughout the construction and delivery stages.
• Coordinate façade design information to ensure availability for site activities.
• Monitor contractor progress, quality, and program performance.
• Manage interfaces between façade works, structural elements, and other construction packages.
• Identify package constraints and coordinate their resolution.
• Maintain a regular site presence and monitor construction progress.
• Coordinate contractors, designers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor package risks and escalate emerging delivery issues.
• Support the planning, sequencing, and implementation of façade works.
• Provide package reporting to senior project leadership.
• Drive works towards successful completion and handover.
