Senior Project Manager Landscape

About the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Landscape, to lead the successful delivery of complex landscape architecture and public realm projects. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and involves overseeing projects from concept design through construction administration and closeout. The position requires a combination of project leadership, client management, commercial oversight, resource planning, and technical coordination to ensure projects meet design and quality standards, on time and within budget.

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will work closely with Project Directors and Discipline Leads, managing multidisciplinary project teams and client relationships. This role focuses on monitoring project performance and driving excellence in project execution, while also supporting business growth and team development within AtkinsRéalis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape architecture and public realm projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance to ensure delivery against scope, program, budget, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including landscape architects, urban designers, engineers, environmental specialists, and external consultants.
• Manage commercial aspects of projects, including fee proposals, contract administration, change management, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee design reviews, technical coordination, and quality assurance processes throughout all project stages.
• Support procurement, tendering, contractor engagement, and construction administration activities.
• Mentor and develop project team members, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
• Contribute to business development activities, client relationship management, proposal preparation, and pursuit opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety requirements, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within landscape architecture and public realm projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects across all phases, from concept to closeout.
• Proven experience in client management, commercial oversight, and resource planning.
• Strong technical coordination skills for multidisciplinary teams.
