Ambatt is a holding company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager role will be based in Riyadh and will focus on luxury residential villa projects.

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will lead high-end villa developments from initiation through handover. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to premium quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Building project plans and schedules.
• Coordinating with consultants, interior designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Managing civil, structural, MEP, and high-end finishing works.
• Procurement and expediting of premium and imported materials.
• Conducting site inspections.
• Implementing cost control measures.
• Managing variation orders and progress payments.
• Managing communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Preparing regular progress reports.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Overseeing snagging, testing, and final handover processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing luxury residential villa projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on the development of luxury residential villas.
