Project Manager

About the Role

Al Rugaib Holding Company is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join its contracting and construction division. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will involve leading a large residential compound project. The Project Manager will be fully responsible for project delivery from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project from mobilization through handover, ensuring time, cost, quality, and safety targets are met.
• Develop and implement the project execution plan, organization, and resource plan.
• Manage the project budget, cash flow, and cost control in coordination with the commercial team.
• Lead subcontract procurement, award, and management processes.
• Manage client and consultant relations, and lead progress meetings.
• Monitor the project schedule and implement recovery actions as needed.
• Manage variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and statutory requirements.
• Report project performance to senior management on a regular basis.
• Lead testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out activities.

Project Delivery Focus

The Project Manager will have full responsibility for project delivery, encompassing planning, cost management, quality assurance, safety protocols, subcontract administration, and client relations. The primary objective is to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the contracting and construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale residential compound projects.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a dedicated professional to manage on-site project operations and coordination.
