Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Mirage is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large or complex projects across its operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on ensuring successful outcomes for both clients and the business. The role involves providing project management leadership and mentorship to project teams, with an emphasis on robust governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large or complex projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, scope, budget, and program.
• Act as the senior point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and direction to project managers and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Oversee project governance, ensuring robust controls for cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Lead the identification and management of project risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Manage consultant, contractor, and subcontractor performance across the project.
• Present project status, performance, and key decisions to senior management and clients.
• Support the resolution of complex contractual, technical, or commercial issues.
• Mentor and develop project managers within the team.
• Contribute to business development, including client pursuits and proposal development.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically within large or complex operational environments.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Senior Project Manager will operate within Mirage’s project teams, collaborating with various stakeholders including clients, senior management, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
