Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Holool Aloula (NCBS National Company for Business Solutions) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex and high-value projects. The role focuses on ensuring overall project performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, resources, contracts, and stakeholder management.

Project Leadership

The Senior Project Manager will provide strategic leadership to project teams. This includes ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved objectives, contractual requirements, and organizational standards. The position requires a proactive approach to project governance and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the completion of IT projects.
• Assess project risks and establish comprehensive contingency plans.
• Manage work and inputs from various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution, commissioning, handover, and closeout phases.
• Establish clear project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Provide overall direction and leadership to multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and performance requirements.
• Establish project governance frameworks, reporting structures, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor overall project performance and implement corrective actions as required.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in project management, demonstrating a proven track record in leading complex projects from inception to completion. The role demands a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Senior Project Manager will work within a dynamic environment, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
